2018 Event Trends

Few trends have taken on as much momentum as making events more green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. And with those organizations setting eco-focused meeting and event standards, it’s really not a trend at all—it’s here to stay. From sourcing local and sustainable foods to finding green venues to diverting waste from landfills to forgoing electricity altogether, planners are getting creative, and exacting, about the impact of their events on the earth. We also register more company having launch new brand strategy toward the environmentally friendly wave.

Use of recycle material into your production: Wood based material, or cassava which is an Indonesian eco-friendly material that has the same property as plastic but can also be eaten to demonstrate the harmfulness of this material.

Recycle your floral décor by giving away to your guests or re-use it as permanent décor into your offices, houses… More and more caterers are focusing on sourcing and using food that’s farmed in environmentally conscious ways, while still creating new, creative items. From sushi “doughnuts” to sesame-seared scallops, there is a lot of eco-friendly dishes coming into your event catering solution! Hotels, restaurants, and bars are trading in single-use plastic items for more eco-friendly options. In an effort to reduce food waste, restaurants and bars are turning kitchen scraps into drink ingredients, creating new high-end cocktails.

Eliminate printed materials at your booth, and instead provide more digital and VR experience inside your event.
